Hey everyone! Hope everything is going well with you all. So it seems that I just seem to be full of news, one thing right after another. In case you haven't heard or guessed, or assumed yet; I am pregnant again. (yay!) Ben and I are very excited. This little one will be due sometime after the New Year. Ben is hoping for a boy, I don't really have a preference. We don't know yet how this is going to affect Rebekah, but she has already shown the tendency to be jealous of other babies. (Pray that we will handle this well!)
So now I will be busy trying to get the house ready for another kid. It should be fun!
Well, we're all moved in. And after a week, I can already tell you... I LOVE THIS HOUSE! :o)Rebekah had started crawling. She still doesn't understand that she can get where ever she wants to go by doing so though. And by the looks of it, she is getting ready to pop more teeth... four to be exact. We'll see!
Hey Everyone! So, we have a bit of news for you all. Within the next few weeks, we will be moving to Sierra Vista.
Among other things, Ben has been getting pretty tired of the 45 minute commute everyday to get to and from work, so we found a house to rent in town. We are looking forward to being closer to my family, but are going to miss being so close to Ben's parents.
So, for the next week or so, I am going to look forward to trying to pack up the house while taking care of a squirmy, impatient, and attention-seeking 9 month old. JOY! :)
I will be mailing out our new address instead of publishing it online, so if you want an update, let me know.
Oh, and just a note: Our decision to get a dog was not a success. We had to give her up because she kept jumping the fence and terrorized our neighbors and their pets. Next time we will probably wait until Rebekah is walking… and start with a litter pup.
This week we had a snow day!Tuesday morning we woke up to find about 6 inches of snow outside. To make it even better, Ben didn't have to go into work either!So we found out that Molly LOVES the snow. She was jumping and running and digging to her heart's content. Rebekah on the other hand, didn't really know what to think of all the white stuff. She played in it a little bit, went "sledding", but the part she liked best was eating it. (I don't know how that girl doesn't get a brain freeze!!!)So we had a fun few hours playing in the snow. And this being Arizona snow, it was ALL GONE the next day!
Dog is man's best friend. That's what they say anyway. We added another member to our family. Molly is a Brown Lab mix. She is about 6-9 months, we don't know for sure because she was a hand me down dog. She is kinda small. Standing she is about to my knee. She has a white blaze on her chest, her toes are all white and the tip of her tail is white too.Ben is already attahed to her. And I am starting to enjoy teaching her new things. She is a smart pup t. She is already sitting on command. And we are having fun palying fetch. We are definately still having to work on stopping her from jumping up on people!Rebekah still doesn't quite know what to make of Molly, but she loves it when Molly licks her hand.
Hello. Well, what does one say when they start a blog? I have nothing in particular.Rebekah is seven months old today. She is a whopping 17.7 pounds and "stands" a little taller than two feet. Who would imagine that she would grow so fast! (Not including everyone who told me, "You just watch, you are not going to be able to believe how fast she grows.") Anyways, life is going okay for us White's. We are ready for what God has ahead for us in the New Year. Now, Let's see how well I do with keeping this blog updated! :o)
